My ethos behind The Broadstraik Inn's food is very simple.
Simple food, cooked perfectly from the heart.
My aim is to serve slightly higher end country pub food at very reasonable prices, however I will always have the pub classics such as top quality fish and chips whilst also offering a rotation of dishes on our 'discovery board' such as scallops and pigeon for our more “foodie” customers.
We always use very fresh, locally sourced ingredients, cooked lovingly to a Scottish theme with French influences, using in season produce whenever possible as it simply tastes better.
